Feedback/Parent View

At Highfield Nursery School, we really do value your views and opinions. We aim to work with all parents/carers to ensure all children access quality services and we are always happy to receive feedback regarding any part of our service. In the event of a concern or complaint, please speak in total confidence to Susan Conron, the Executive Headteacher or call us on 01257 262556.

We will deal with your concern/complaint honestly, politely and in confidence and will keep you up to date with any action that we have agreed to take.

We will celebrate compliments and success with you all!

* Wonderful nursery! The SEN provision within the nursery has been amazing for our son. His key worker and all the staff are brilliant. Always gives good communication to let us know of any progress/concerns. All staff are approachable and friendly. This nursery has been the best place for our son who has additional needs. * Amazing nursery. All the team at Highfield are brilliant and you can really tell that they care about all of their children. Highfield are also fantastic supporting children with their development and supporting them to meet their milestones. Can't fault this nursery, i would highly recommend to a friend!

* Brilliant nursery and great staff! Very easy to approach staff about any concerns. The children always come home smiling everyday, telling us how much fun they have had playing there's lots for the children to do and they always have a great time. Thank you!
